Samantha Jacobs is Seneca Nation Turtle Clan from Cattaraugus Reservation. She learned beadwork from her mother Mary Jacobs. Like her mother, Samantha is a highly accomplished beadworker, but she has also defined her own path, crafting traditional dresses, moccasins, and fully dressed cornhusk dolls.

She is an active member of the Native Roots Artists Guild and has exhibited and/or demonstrated at the Seneca Nation Fall Festival; New York State Fair; Seneca-Iroquois National Museum; Ganondagan Historic Site; Thunder Bay Art Gallery; Auburn Museum; Urban Shaman Gallery and other venues.
